How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I add a new customer?

Go to the Customers tab and tap the "+" button in the top right corner. Fill in the customer's details and tap Save.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Go to the Calendar tab and tap the "+" button, or tap on a specific date. Select the customer, vehicle, and services, then set the date and time.

How do I set up appointment reminders?

When creating or editing an appointment, you can add reminders. Choose email or SMS notifications and set when you want the reminder sent (e.g., 24 hours before).

How do I create an invoice?

After completing an appointment, go to the appointment details and tap "Create Invoice". You can also create invoices from the Invoices section.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is stored securely and you can only access your own information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Contact us at support@getnovva.com to request an export of your data.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@getnovva.com. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
