Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Novva mobile application ("the App") operated by Novva ("us", "we", or "our").

Novva is a customer relationship management (CRM) application designed for auto detailing businesses. The App allows you to:
- Manage customer information and vehicle details
- Schedule and track appointments
- Create and manage services and pricing
- Send reminders and notifications
- Generate invoices
- Track business analytics
3. User Accounts
To use the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novva and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
